NATURE-BASED BREATHWORK

SESSIONS FOR KIDS* & ADULTS  

'Breathwork' is a term used to describe therapeutic breathing exercises aimed at improving mental, physical, and spiritual health. 

 

Facilitated and adapted by our founder, Ashley, these sessions combine a powerful 3-step breathing technique with kid-friendly meditation practices. 

Sessions incorporate elements of music, breathing & bodywork to create an experience that will: 

-increase confidence, self-image, and self-esteem

-reduce stress and anxiety

-assist with processing emotions, pain & trauma

-increase self-awareness

-enrich creativity

-improve relationships

-boost immunity

-strengthen the bond with Mother Earth

It can also improve a wide-range of issues, including:

-Trauma & PTSD

-emotional effects of physical illnesses
