LIABILITY AGREEMENT

Please download, sign, scan and email your liability agreement to info@pathsandpages.org. You may also print and sign a hard copy and return to P&P outing leader. 

 

This agreement must be read, completed in full, signed & returned before your child may participate in ANY P&P activities.  

HARD COPIES ARE AVAILABLE ON-SITE PRIOR TO THE START OF EACH PROGRAM. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation/refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@pathsandpages.org

REFUND POLICY

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic & limited capacity, we are not able to process any money-back refunds. If you submit a request at least 48 hours before your session start date, you may request 100% credit towards any available future Paths & Pages program, including online sessions.*

 

If Paths & Pages needs to cancel for any reason (including Covid-19), we will provide 100% credit towards any available future Paths & Pages program, including online sessions. Paths & Pages credit can be used towards any AVAILABLE Paths & Pages programs in the future and does not have an expiration date. Credit will be issued via email. Online sessions are also included. Does not guarantee availability.

 

SUMMER 2022 REFUND POLICY

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic & limited capacity, we are not able to provide money-back refunds OR credit for Summer 2022 programs.  All sales are final. 

EARLY PICK-UP / LATE DROP-OFF

​FOR ALL PROGRAMS:

Please drop-off your child at the scheduled time. We are not responsible for your children before this time-frame and will NOT check anyone in before the scheduled time. 

You may pick your child up at the scheduled time. You will be charged for every minute late (after a five-minute grace period). For example, if your pick-up time is 5:30 & you arrive at 5:35 p.m., you will NOT be charged. If you arrive at 5:45 p.m., you will be charged a $10 fee.
